The best thing about this location is Tabitha. From the first time I walked in interested in a gas fireplace insert to determining that the installation would require several different contractors to come out, Tabita made sure I was taken care of. Her customer service, her support of my decisions, her assistance, her going beyond, were all things that kept me trying to make it work. Tabitha made the difference in where I shopped. I purchased a hot tub from Aqua Quip about a year ago. This is my first spa, and the staff have all been pleasant and patient with me learning about the spa and how to properly maintain it. I probably come in for more water tests (free!) than I aught; the staff are always helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location and business.

I walk in and there is always someone to great me and recognize my presence even if they can't get to me immediately. Staff asks what I need and usually follows with a series of questions regarding my tub then hand's me the STUFF. I've never been disappointed and they are always very helpful with questions.

Amazing customer service. I was searching high and low for a specific part. They had what I needed in stock and even texted me a photo so I wouldn’t waste a trip if it wasn’t the right one. Price was better than the ones I found online too!

Went in to buy a hot tub cover, and the guy was very helpful. He told me about the warehouse sale in .... ah south west of Renton.. and saved me $350. Now I will say they are expensive, but nice people.
